We do not have a dedicated customer service team and as such email correspondence is limited.   When emailing regarding  a lens order you have placed please include your order number in the subject line as well as a title such as 'Problem with lens',  'Refund Required', 'Change to Order!', 'Parcel not arrived' etc.  This will allow us to ensure any problems or changes are dealt with as swiftly as possible.
